GENERAL INFORMATION

A former multi-family house with large plot is developed as a pension and prepared according to the requirements of the operator. The house stands in the inventory of the protected buildings of the monument preservation.

The conversion and refurbishment work is imminent and is due to start in early 2017. The pension concept finds its target group with price-conscious travelers and demands about 15-20 square meter rooms. The rooms of the personal pension are modern and high-quality equipped and have the feel-good character of a 2-star hotel.

A planned, separate bathing and wellness house is part of the project and is completely rebuilt in the rear part of the property and is part of the concept.

In keeping with the idea of sustainability, this project is designed to use only ecologically sound materials. The planners also pursued the goal of developing an energetically efficient house that minimizes operating costs.
